# The Gambling Act 2005 (Variation of Monetary Limit) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Variation of Monetary Limit) Order 2008 and shall come into force on the day after the day the Order is made.
