The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 99(11) and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005f1, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 355(6) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
