# Gambling (Lottery Machine Interval) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text


Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 355(6) of the Gambling Act 2005, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force in accordance with article 1(b)
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 235(2)(d)(ii) of the Gambling Act 2005.
In accordance with section 355(6) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
