  "text": "(1) The Authority shall, within such period after the end of the financial year as the Secretary of State shall direct, produce an annual report which shall include its annual accounts and a report on its activities.\n(2) The annual report shall be in such form and contain such information as may be specified in any direction given by the Secretary of State.\n(3) The Secretary of State shall lay a copy of the annual report before each House of Parliament and shall arrange for copies of the annual report to be published in such manner as she considers appropriate.",
