# The Gangmasters (Licensing Authority) Regulations 2005, Regulation 9: Record of proceedings


The Board must make arrangements for the keeping of proper records of the following—
(a) its proceedings;
(b) the proceedings of its liaison groups; and
(c) the proceedings of its committees.
