# The Gateshead and Northumberland (Boundary Change) Order 2013, Article 4: Town and country planning


(1) In this article “provision” means a provision of a development plan (within the meaning of section 38 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
(2) Any provision relating to transferred area A or transferred area B continues to apply to that area, notwithstanding the transfer.
