  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament and published on 14th January 2013 (ISBN 978-0-11-153307-9). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Order laid before Parliament under section 240(6) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nLocal Government, England\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThis Order implements, without modification, a recommendation by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government under section 8(2) and (6A) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 that there should be a change to the boundary between the borough of Gateshead and the county of Northumberland.\nA draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 240(6) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.\nThe Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes this Order, in the exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007:",
