  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Gender Recognition (Approved Countries and Territories and Saving Provision) Order 2023 and comes into force 21 days after the date on which it is made.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the 2004 Act” means the Gender Recognition Act 2004;\n“the 2011 Order” means the Gender Recognition (Approved Countries and Territories) Order 2011.",
