Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This order may be cited as the General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 3rd December 2012.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954^f1 shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
