Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Act 2023;

  • “precision bred organism” means a precision bred plantf1;

  • “the precision breeding register” means the register established and maintained in accordance with section 18(1) of the Act.
