Regulation 21 Requirement to report verified applications for a food and feed marketing authorisation under regulation 20 to the Secretary of State

If an application under regulation 20 contains the information specified in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4, the Food Standards Agency must report that to the Secretary of State together with any other matters that the Food Standards Agency considers relevant to the issuing of a food and feed marketing authorisation.
