  "text": "(1) The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) Regulations 2002 are amended as follows—\n(a) in regulation 2, omit the definition of “qualifying higher plant”;\n(b) in regulation 9, for the heading substitute “Exempt Activities”;\n(c) omit regulations 9A, 9B and Schedule 3A;\n(d) in regulation 34, omit paragraph (1A);\n(e) in regulation 35, omit paragraph (A1).\n(2) The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022 are revoked.",
