  "text": "Confirmation that the person named in paragraph 1—\n(a) will put in place appropriate measures, as necessary, to prevent material from the precision bred organism being marketed until such time as a precision bred confirmation is issued in respect of the organism, and\n(b) has assessed that all organisms covered by the release notice meet the criteria for a precision bred organism set out in section 1(2) of the Act (precision bred organism).",
