# The Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 32: Amendment of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003


In Article 28(1)—
(a) omit “Community” in both places in which it occurs (including the heading);
(b) for “Commission”, substitute “appropriate authority”.
