# The Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019


In regulation 7 of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (amendment of Regulation (EC) No 1830/2003)—
(a) in paragraph (2)—
(i) in the new paragraph 14 to be inserted by that paragraph—
(aa) omit point (d);
(bb) omit the second point (c);
(ii) in the new paragraph 15 to be inserted by that paragraph, in point (a), for “, Wales and Northern Ireland” substitute “and Wales”;
(b) in paragraph (7), in the Article to be substituted by that paragraph, omit paragraphs 3 and 7.
