Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022 and come into force 21 days after the day on which they are made.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply to England only.
