# The Gibraltar (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 16


Regulation 25 applies as if—
(a) for “an EEA State” there were substituted “Gibraltar”; and
(b) for “that State” there were substituted “Gibraltar”.
