Paragraph 21

Regulation 31^f1 applies as if—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for “an EEA State”, each time it occurs, there were substituted “Gibraltar”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), for “the EEA State” there were substituted “Gibraltar”;

(c)

in paragraph (3), insert at the end “as that Directive has effect immediately before exit day”.
