  "text": "(1) Paragraph 10 (removal or modification of functions of a public authority) of Schedule 7B to the 2006 Act is amended as follows.\n(2) After sub-paragraph (2)(m), insert—\n“(n) the Controller of Plant Variety Rights.”.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (4)(a), omit “(within the meaning of paragraph 6 of Schedule 7A)”.\n(4) After sub-paragraph (6), insert—\n“(7) In this paragraph “devolved function” has the same meaning as in paragraph 9(4A).”.",
