Draft Order laid before the House of Commons under section 1(4) of the Redundant Churches and other Religious Buildings Act 1969, for approval by resolution of that House.

Coming into force 1st April 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) and (2) of the Redundant Churches and other Religious Buildings Act 1969 and now vested in her, with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order in the terms of a draft approved by resolution of the House of Commons:
