# The Greater London Authority Elections (Expenses) Order 2000, Article 2: Third parties' expenses


In relation to an Authority election, for the monetary sum specified in section 75(1)(ii) of the Representation of the People Act 1983 (limit on expenses incurred by a person other than a candidate, agent, or person authorised by an agent), there shall be substituted the following sums—
(a) in relation to an election of the Mayor of London £25,000;
(b) in relation to an election of a constituency member of the London Assembly £1,800; and
(c) in relation to an election of the London members of the London Assembly at an ordinary election £25,000.
