Article 11 Chief Counting Officer’s fees and charges

The following shall be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund^f1—

(a)

the fee payable to the Chief Counting Officer in accordance with the terms of his appointment; and

(b)

on an account being submitted to, and approved by, the Secretary of State, any charges properly made or expenditure properly incurred by the Chief Counting Officer in connection with the referendum.
