  "text": "In article 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) before the definition of “combined area” insert—\n““acting Interim Mayor” means a vice-chair appointed by the GMCA to exercise the functions of the Interim Mayor in accordance with paragraph 2A of Schedule 1 during any vacancy in the office of Interim Mayor;”;\n(b) after the definition of “GMCA” insert—\n““Interim Mayor” means the additional member appointed in accordance with paragraph 1A of Schedule 1.”",
