Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2016.

Save as provided in paragraph (3) this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Articles 11, 14(3) and (4), 15, 16 and 17 come into force on 8th May 2017.
