# The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2019, Article 13: Consequential provision


The Franchising Schemes and Enhanced Partnership Plans and Schemes (Provision of Information) Regulations 2017 have effect in relation to the GMCA in respect of the functions specified in articles 4 and 5 as if any reference to a local transport authority included a reference to the Mayor.
