# The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2019, Article 6


The Mayor may enter into arrangements jointly with the GMCA and with the constituent councils in accordance with section 101(5) of the Local Government Act 1972 for the discharge of the functions listed in Schedule 2.
