# The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2019, Paragraph 2


The functions contained in the following provisions of the Transport Act 1985—
(a) section 88 (expenditure on public passenger transport services);
(b) section 89 (obligation to invite tenders for subsidised services);
(c) section 90 (provisions supplementary to section 89);
(d) section 91 (exceptions from section 89);
(e) section 92 (general provisions with respect to the exercise of service subsidy functions); and
(f) section 93(6) (travel concession schemes).
