  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 40(5) of the Energy Act 2011, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEnergy Conservation\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nA draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 40(5) of the Energy Act 2011 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nTo the extent required by section 40(8)(a) of the Energy Act 2011, the Scottish Ministers have given consent and in accordance with section 40(8)(b) they have been consulted.\nThe Welsh Ministers have been consulted in accordance with section 40(12) of the Energy Act 2011.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by the following sections of the Energy Act 2011—\n(a) section 3(1), (3) and (7);\n(b) section 4(8);\n(c) section 6(4) and (5);\n(d) section 11(6);\n(e) section 16(1) and (2);\n(f) section 34(1); and\n(g) section 40(1).",
