Regulation 15 Amendments to regulation 65

Regulation 65 (sanctions for breaches of the consent provision) is amended as follows—

(a)

in paragraph (2)(a), for “may” substitute “must”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)(b), for “must” substitute “may”.
