  "text": "(1) A person may apply to the Secretary of State for authorisation to act as a green deal provider.\n(2) An applicant must—\n(a) state in an application whether authorisation is sought in respect of—\n(i) domestic properties and non-domestic properties; or\n(ii) non-domestic properties only; and\n(b) provide with an application the information in paragraphs 1 to 3 and 24 of Schedule 1.",
