  "heading": "Definitions of qualifying assessment under section 3(9)",
  "text": "For the purposes of section 3(9) and these Regulations, an energy efficiency assessment of a property is a qualifying assessment where it is carried out—\n(a) by a green deal assessor in accordance with the assessor services specification; and\n(b) in accordance with any provisions of the code of practice which apply to qualifying assessments.",
