# The Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) Regulations 2012, Regulation 76: Recovery of compensation and financial penalties


(1) Compensation may be recovered by the relevant person as a debt.
(2) A financial penalty may be recovered by the Secretary of State as a debt.
