  "heading": "Authorisation of green deal certification bodies and green deal participants",
  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a person (“A”) is authorised as a green deal certification body or a green deal participant listed in paragraph (3) where, under Part 3, A is entered on the relevant register established under regulation 9.\n(2) A is not authorised under paragraph (1) where the relevant register shows that A’s authorisation is suspended or withdrawn.\n(3) The list referred to in paragraph (1) is—\n(a) green deal assessor certification body;\n(b) green deal assessor;\n(c) green deal installer certification body;\n(d) green deal installer;\n(e) green deal provider.",
