  "text": "The energy efficiency improvements specified by article 3 are—\n(a) air source heat pumps;\n(b) biomass boilers;\n(c) biomass room heaters (with radiators);\n(d) cavity wall insulation;\n(e) chillers;\n(f) cylinder thermostats;\n(g) draught proofing;\n(h) duct insulation;\n(i) gas-fired condensing boilers;\n(j) ground source heat pumps;\n(k) hot water showers;\n(l) hot water systems;\n(m) hot water taps;\n(n) external wall insulation systems;\n(o) fan-assisted storage heaters;\n(p) flue gas heat recovery devices;\n(q) heating controls for wet central heating systems or warm air systems;\n(r) heating ventilation and air-conditioning controls (including zoning controls);\n(s) high performance external doors;\n(t) hot water controls (including timers and temperature controls);\n(u) hot water cylinder insulation;\n(v) internal wall insulation systems (for external walls);\n(w) lighting systems, fittings and controls (including rooflights, lamps and luminaires);\n(x) loft or rafter insulation (including loft hatch insulation);\n(y) mechanical ventilation with heat recovery systems;\n(z) micro combined heat and power;\n(aa) micro wind generation;\n(bb) oil-fired condensing boilers;\n(cc) photovoltaics;\n(dd) pipework insulation;\n(ee) radiant heating;\n(ff) replacement glazing;\n(gg) roof insulation;\n(hh) room in roof insulation;\n(ii) sealing improvements (including duct sealing);\n(jj) secondary glazing;\n(kk) solar blinds, shutters and shading devices;\n(ll) solar water heating;\n(mm) transpired solar collectors;\n(nn) under-floor heating;\n(oo) under-floor insulation;\n(pp) variable speed drives for fans and pumps;\n(qq) warm-air units;\n(rr) waste water heat recovery devices attached to showers;\n(ss) water source heat pumps.",
