Regulation 3 Amendment of regulation 2 (interpretation)

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1)—

(a)

after the definition of “date of registration” insert—

  • ““de minimis amount” has the meaning given in regulation 43A(1);”;

(b)

after the definition of “existing credit cover” insert—

  • ““final quarterly levy payment” has the meaning given in regulation 51(7)(a);”;

(c)

after the definition of “injection” insert—

  • ““in lieu amount” has the meaning given in regulation 51(7C)(b);”.
