  "text": "In relation to a particular financial year, the subsequent tariff is the tariff applicable to the biomethane produced by the participant on the last day of the previous financial year, adjusted by the percentage increase or decrease in the consumer prices index for the calendar year ending with 31st December immediately preceding the commencement of that subsequent financial year, the resulting figure being rounded.",
