  "text": "The following are recoverable, as a civil debt, by the Authority if not paid by the date on which they are due—\n(a) a quarterly levy payment,\n(b) a levy credit payment,\n(c) a payment of additional credit cover,\n(d) a backdated levy payment,\n(e) a mutualisation payment,\n(f) a financial penalty,\n(g) any interest due in accordance with regulation 54.",
