# The Green Gas Support Scheme Regulations 2021, Regulation 58: Recovery of unpaid amounts as a civil debt


The following are recoverable, as a civil debt, by the Authority if not paid by the date on which they are due—
(a) a quarterly levy payment,
(b) a levy credit payment,
(c) a payment of additional credit cover,
(d) a backdated levy payment,
(e) a mutualisation payment,
(f) a financial penalty,
(g) any interest due in accordance with regulation 54.
