Article 2 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—
(a)
for point (20) substitute—
“(20)“electricity generator” must be construed in accordance with Article 2c;”;
(b)
after point (23) insert—
“(24)“relevant CHP electricity” has the meaning given in Article 2c(6).”.
