# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023, Article 18: Article 18a amended (assessment of applications and final allocation at installation level for new entrants)


(1) Article 18a is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 12—
(a) omit point (a);
(b) in point (b) omit “otherwise”.
