Article 19 Article 25 amended (mergers and splits)

Article 25 is amended as follows.

After paragraph 9 insert—

“9a.

Paragraph 9(b) does not apply to a new installation:

(a)

in the case of a split, if the installation before the split was an electricity generator;

(b)

in the case of a merger, if any installation before the merger was an electricity generator.”.
