Article 2 Commencement

This Order comes into force on 1st January 2024 immediately after the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2023^f1 comes into force.

But if this Order is made on or after 1st January 2024, it comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
