# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023, Article 22: Activity Level Changes Regulation amended


(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1842 is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 3(2) (reporting requirements) after “except 1.3(c)” insert “and 1.4(e)”.
