# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023, Article 23: Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Auctioning Regulations 2021 amended


(1) The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Auctioning Regulations 2021 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 12(1A)(b) (cost containment mechanism)—
(a) for “and (f)” substitute “, (f) and (j)”;
(b) for “and errors” substitute “, errors and electricity generators that state they will not produce electricity for sale for consumption outside the installation but subsequently do so”.
