Article 13 Article 34R amended (errors in aviation allocation table)

Article 34R is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) after “34Q” insert “or under article 43 of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) after “(including under this article)” insert “or article 42 or 43 of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024”.
