Article 17 Article 48 amended (penalty notices: supplementary)

Article 48 is amended as follows.

(2)

After paragraph (3)(c) insert—

“(d)

a penalty notice imposing a civil penalty under article 65A, but if the penalty imposed consists of both a non-escalating penalty and a daily penalty, paragraphs (1) and (2) apply to the notice in relation to the daily penalty only.”.
