# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024, Article 26: Article 70 amended (appeals)


(1) Article 70 is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (2)(c) insert—
“(ca) article 44A (deficit notices);”.
