# The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024, Article 27: Schedule 1 amended (aviation activity)


(1) Schedule 1 is amended as follows.
Paragraph 1 amended (aviation activity)
(2) After paragraph 1(1)(a)(iv) insert—
“(v) in Switzerland;”.
