Schedule 5 is amended as follows.
Paragraph 54 amended (Annex 1: scope of accreditation for verifiers)

After paragraph 54(b)(ii) insert—
“(iia)after the entry for group 12 (aviation activities) there were inserted—
Activity Group No Scopes of accreditation “13 Upstream GHG removal (as defined in paragraph 3(6A) of Schedule 2 to the 2020 Order)” ”.
