  "text": "(1) Schedule 6 is amended as follows.\nParagraph 4 amended (greenhouse gas emissions permits: content of permit)\n(2) In paragraph 4—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(h) for “sub-paragraphs (3) to (5)” substitute “sub-paragraph (3)”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraphs (4) and (5).\nParagraph 11 amended (surrender of permits)\n(3) In paragraph 11—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(b)(iii)—\n(i) in the words before sub-paragraph (aa) omit “the sum of”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (aa) omit the “and” at the end of the sub-paragraph;\n(iii) omit sub-paragraph (bb);\n(b) in sub-paragraph (6)(b) after “surrender notice” insert “, and of any deficit notice given to the operator of the installation under article 44A,”.\nParagraph 12 amended (revocation of permits)\n(4) In paragraph 12—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (5)(b)(iii)—\n(i) in the words before sub-paragraph (aa) omit “the sum of”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (aa) omit the “and” at the end of the sub-paragraph;\n(iii) omit sub-paragraph (bb);\n(b) in sub-paragraph (7)(b) after “revocation notice” insert “, and of any deficit notice given to the operator of the installation under article 44A,”.",
